Mr. Speaker, had I been present for rollcall vote 95 on passage of H.R. 938, I would have voted ``aye.'' I am proud that my colleagues on both sides of the aisle came together in support of continuing our nation's strong relationship with Israel and promoting Israel's right to defend itself against threats and unprecedented challenges in the Middle East. ____________________
