Page 414, line 20, strike the period and insert ``; and''. Page 414, after line 20, insert the following: (5) by adding at the end the following: ``(h) Direction of Funds.--Any savings realized under this section shall be deposited into the general fund of the Treasury and used for deficit reduction.''.
