What you have to be mindful of, is some State laws prevent some of those municipal deployments.

I think we have got to make sure that we figure out a way to get broadband to everyone in this country.

Congress set aside funding for it but those funds are not sufficient to fully fund reimbursement.

I think going forward it should get more attention.
