If you don`t have 60 votes, then you need to change the rules in the Senate. There is not support for that at this point in time. Now, what the President`s view is, is that getting voting rights done is absolutely essential. If the Republicans continue to obstruct, we`re going to have to look at what`s necessary to get that done.
