PASSENGER RAIL POSITIVE TRAIN CONTROL FUNDING. Section 20158(c) of title 49, United States Code is amended by inserting ``, and $750,000,000 for the period beginning October 1, 2014, and ending on July 31, 2015,'' after ``2013''.
