“I thank the gentlelady. Mr. Speaker, I rise to oppose the Patients' Rights Repeal Act and the rule. Now, there's nothing wrong with working to improve the Affordable Care Act. We should work to make quality health care more affordable and more available to all Americans. But repeal is not a solution and has real and serious consequences for folks in Connecticut.
