That is why when the gentleman says, the traditional view is that we are playing with dynamite, I was proud to go to my constituents and tell them. This is a plan I had worked on with the gentleman and others for literally years. We now in the majority had a chance to finally begin to implement it.

I would think we would be doing him a hell of a gift to get them out of the country.
I believe any President has the right to use force and can't wait for Congress sometimes to spend 2 weeks or 3 weeks to decide whether they want to authorize it.
