I think the story is somewhere in between. The bottom line is we have people on passenger airplanes who believe that we check the baggage that is in the cargo of those airplanes. I think maybe at a minimum we should at least give them a little notice when they step on that airplane because it is the truth, that would say that when you go on this airplane, all the baggage brought on by passengers is screened, but the cargo that is on this airplane is not screened for explosives.
