I strongly urge those who have amendments, Democrats and Republicans, to come to the floor to meet with staff to try to resolve their amendments if at all possible, to reach some compromise on them so they can be agreed to or in some cases clarity as to how to proceed so we can begin to organize how these amendments can be handled.
