The Senator from North Carolina, Senator Faircloth, had an amendment he was going to propose, and it has to do with child care and the question of whether or not child care workers could be considered in the work sections of this bill. There was some question as to whether or not we would clear that. As I understand it, all the health and safety standards and quality would apply. If my colleague from Delaware would confirm that for me, we would be more than willing to accept that amendment and move another amendment along.
