The truth is that the catastrophe was years in the making caused by regulatory negligence and Wall Street gambling.
There has been a very constructive and positive role that Brazil has played regionally as well, and very exciting.
I wanted to share a few more thoughts about a subject matter that I've obviously been deeply involved in.
Claims to the contrary will only ring hollow.
