I raise an issue, because it has been raised in the last 24 hours or so, that one of the things the administration is doing is putting resources into vocational education, education and job training. I know my colleague, from his extensive work in this area, and knowing the committees we serve on together deal with some of these issues, but you might just recount what the proposals are in vocational education, job training, all of these programs that would put more resources out there to make it possible when people lose their jobs to find additional work. Isn't it a fact we are cutting back in these budgets?
