I think we have done that work, but I respect the fact that others may have additional ideas to make this work even better. I know he raised the issue here, and we are going to try to work over this weekend to try to put together the legal language, the language that has to be drafted here, to reflect some of these ideas we can incorporate as part of this bill. My colleague and friend from Alabama has my word on that. We will work on that to do that. Again, I thank him. We have worked well together over these last 37 months.
