I say to my colleague from Massachusetts, absolutely not. In fact, as the Senator knows, our distinguished colleague from Illinois, Carol Moseley-Braun, has offered legislation to try and do something that would allow for these schools to be repaired. The estimated cost of that, the estimated cost nationwide from Maine to California I think is $22 billion.
