I say to my colleague, I am informed the bill has been introduced by Congressman Shays, whom I know my colleague and friend from Mississippi knows. I don't believe they have moved the bill over there. By the way, we have checked with the FDA and the words they use--we have included and incorporated the comments of the FDA in the legislative proposal.
