As the Senator has indicated, the managers' amendment includes a provision to ensure that each state will be guaranteed a minimum of one half of one percent of the grant money available under the act, which is approximately $17.5 million dollars over five years. I am glad this act will help address the concerns of small, rural States like Wyoming, and I look forward to working with the Senator from Wyoming to address any further concerns or questions he may have on to how this act will impact rural states.
