I return that compliment. To have a former Secretary of HUD as a member of the Banking Committee is a pretty good asset. When we talk about these issues, to have someone who ran that agency and knows these programs as intimately as Senator Mel Martinez has been a great asset for the committee in developing this product. I will say this publicly. I am deeply grateful to him. Senator Shelby is, as well, as are all of the members of the committee. We have had an active and involved committee. The 21 members of the committee have been deeply engaged in this debate over the last year and a half, or more, as we have had some 50 hearings--most of which have been related to the subject matter--to gather the best information and advice we could get in developing the product we have here. The Senator from Florida has been a key element in doing that.
