Unfortunately, no matter what the conditions are in this country, the administration has one answer: cut taxes for the wealthy. When we had a surplus: cut taxes. When we are in a recession: we need to cut taxes. Job growth is weak: we need to cut taxes. It is a Johnny-one-note, no matter what the economic circumstances are.
