I say to my colleague, you have to give assurance that none of this information either indirectly or directly would go to the Court in allowing for the prosecution of those people. I don't think the President could get that assurance. If you are going to be prosecuted in the Court and you are going to share information with the country that wants them prosecuted, how can you give a waiver doing that? That is what I mean about this bill.
