After the completion of the vote tomorrow, my hope is we can move to these remaining few amendments, go to third reading, and get to conference. We are not through, obviously. We have to get to conference with the House and work with the White House, obviously, to try to iron out any differences before we can bring back a conference report on election reform. Our work is hardly over, even with passage of this bill. That will be a major step forward.”
