“I appreciate Senator Warner raising a couple of issues. The angel investor idea is one that needs to be changed. I know my friend and colleague from Missouri, Kit Bond, has ideas on this as well, and I am going to be getting in touch with him and asking him, along with Senator Warner and others, to work on some language we can add to our bill.
