Yes, I certainly agree with the Senator from California. We do not want to disenfranchise anyone, accidentally or otherwise, who is eligible to vote, and we need to address the unique set of circumstances surrounding our fellow citizens who have chosen not to live in one particular location, but rather to travel year round across our great nation. The right to vote of all full-time RVers needs to be safeguarded. Certainly this is an issue the Commission could study.
