The Senator did not hear me suggest I was going to offer an amendment to add additional funds for child care. I said health and safety standards. And I appreciate the fact we are going to be able to get more on child care. I say to my colleague, it will probably be inadequate. If, in fact, we get everybody to work, the money there will not provide for the child care needs for those families. I do not think anybody will tell you that it would be adequate. But I appreciate the fact there is more money and I appreciate the fact the Senator from Delaware, who is the chairman, is responsible for that.
