But to the extent that our couple European nations that right now aren`t willing to do the tough stuff, it might be because they don`t believe Russia is actually going to go through with this. And when they do, and when the cell phone videos come out of all the awful atrocities, that set of sanctions might be a lot tougher than Putin really thinks it`s going to be.
