I thank the Senator from Washington. Before yielding to the Senator from Michigan, let me note there are a number of House Members who have joined us on the floor. I thank them for their support in our effort to force a debate and discussion on the floor of the Senate today. I would note that of the House Members who have joined today, there have been a number from different States who have joined us. Representative Langevin was on the floor. I am particularly proud of all five Members from Connecticut who have stopped by on the floor for these proceedings, and I know we will expect more with that. I yield to Senator Peters for a question without losing my right to the floor.
