That is exactly right. And I think my colleague very smartly referred back to the initiation of the background check system, where no one was contemplating a terrorist watch list or a no-fly list existing. It is the same thing with Internet sales, it is the same thing with armslist.com, and it is the same thing with gun shows. Back when we passed the background checks law, the vast majority of gun sales were done in bricks-and-mortar stores. What has happened is that sales have migrated into other forms, especially online. So in all of these respects, as the Senator is accurately pointing out, all we are really seeking to do is to have the law and the initial intent of it catch up with the trajectory of time.
