What makes supportive housing work, as you know, Chairman Dodd, is that it is not just the house, but it is the support services that come along with it to make sure that that individual not only has the medical wrap-around services that they need, but also have the job skills and the connection to jobs to keep them a sustainable and productive member of the community.
