It is correct. It is correct, and that is an important facet of the amendment Senator Feinstein has submitted. But it is also important, as we remarked earlier--perhaps when you were on the floor, Senator King--to understand the scope of this. We are talking about a very small number of sales that actually would be affected. In 2015, thanks to a report Senator Feinstein released, we know that in that year there were only about 215 sales at gun stores to individuals who were on the terrorist watch list. So it is a very small number of sales we are talking about in the first place.
