Law abiding citizens, going about their business, are getting caught in gang crossfire. How many innocent victims must get hurt or be killed before we stand up and support those fighting this battle every day? Today, we in the House must give the answer: Enough is enough--enough crimes, enough bloodshed, and enough deaths. I know that there are Members on both sides of the aisle with concerns over provisions included in H.R. 4092. But now more than ever, we need a bipartisan approach to the fight against crime.”
