I would like to respectfully say to the gentleman from Texas [Mr. Archer] that he misunderstood me. I did thank him on the floor the other day for the dependent credit under $60,000. What I was talking about is something else he could do in conference and that is to fix those under $30,000 who cannot get the child care credit.
