The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 53, after line 15, insert the following: (c) Grazing.--The grazing of livestock on covered land, if established before the date of enactment of this Act, shall be allowed to continue subject to such reasonable regulations as are considered to be necessary by the Secretary with jurisdiction over the covered land.
