Thank you, Mr. Dreier. When we hear our colleague from Texas say ``this is the least worst alternative,'' and that's our best choice? I think the American people demand and deserve better. It is time that we put people before politics and partisanship aside so that we can have progress for the American people. Mr. McGOVERN.
