The amounts otherwise provided by this Act are revised by reducing the amount made available for ``Department of Veterans Affairs--Departmental Administration--General Administration'', and increasing the amount made available for ``Department of Veterans Affairs-- Departmental Administration--Information Technology Systems'', by $10,000,000.
