An all-of-the-above approach in energy, this responsibly increases production on federal lands and is needed to ensure that the prosperity of our Nation is ensured. This is exactly what H.R. 1965 will accomplish. It creates a framework to responsibly meet America's energy needs, lower energy costs for consumers, and create much-needed American jobs. I urge the immediate passage of this bill.
