The state is in complete agreement with Adams County Health Department’s requests to GEO, and we are aware that the County has already sought to compel cooperation through a public health order.

At this stage of the case, it would be an overreach and improper for the Supreme Court to prevent Colorado courts from considering the merits of this litigation.
