I want to say that I will be equally as outraged when we get to that item on the floor. I promise the gentleman. I do not like misspent money anywhere. I think that is why Americans are so angry with us, is that we come in and we become apologists for it, and they think that we have all bought into the Potomac fever syndrome when we do that. The reason I do not have an amendment on the floor to deal with that today is we do not have that bill on the floor today. But I promise the gentleman, if there is one up there, I will not be trying to reward that agency with a large increase over this year's budget because they cannot find money from the last year, and that is my whole point. So I hope the gentleman joins with me today, and then we can both stand here and be outraged when that one comes up, and any other budget anywhere.

I was really pleased to hear the Speaker say he did not have an objection to it, and was wondering, since it appears to have been cleared and so noncontroversial, could we get it out and could we get it passed?
