So if we are looking at the two insurance companies, then the question becomes, which one should have to pay, which one's premium should have to go up, and I think it should be the defendant that should have to go up, and I think the gentleman from Pennsylvania should be looking at collateral source rules and not this. I would hope that the amendment would be defeated.
