I am also very troubled by the fact that Moody's came out and said they are close to making the bonds of this great Nation almost the junk bond. Mr. Speaker, if we are going to play fast and loose with the credit rating of this great Nation, which has never been done before, and what they are doing is, they are meeting somewhere we do not know. And we are supposed to give them authority to do anything. We get out of town, and then who knows if the credit rating sinks or falls? I do not know. I am very confused about that.
