Mr. Warren, please be reminded that during the course of this oversight hearing and Committee investigation, it is a Federal crime, pursuant to 18 United States Code section 1001, in pertinent part, knowingly and willfully to falsify, conceal, or cover up a material fact, or to make any materially false, fictitious or fraudulent statement.
