Mr. Chairman, the bill as currently written respects not only the veterans of this country, I being one of them, but also respects the taxpayers of this country in that it merely continues an existing funding source that this particular function has already been operating under.
Coffman emphasizes the bill's respect for veterans and taxpayers.
