I would advocate that the creation of a groundwater conservation easement program under ACEP, as envisioned by Senator B...
In my mind, this is a perfect example of what we are trying to get to in the conversations that we are having.
I do think that it is really important for us, when we think about the kind of easements that you are talking about...
