I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m., on Wednesday, July 25; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed to have expired, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that the majority leader be recognized; that the time until 2:15 p.m. be equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees, with the Republicans controlling the first 30 minutes and the majority controlling the second 30 minutes; further, that at 2:15 p.m., the Senate proceed to a rollcall vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 3412, the Middle Class Tax Cut Act. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. ____________________
