I was proud to introduce the Senate version of the Federal Firefighter Flexibility and Fairness Act
I am fighting to roll back President Obama's proposed cuts to these programs in this year's appropriation bill.
However, I firmly believe we cannot allow the litigation process to hold back much-needed progress.
