Is it fair to suggest that some of the work, if not most of the work, that would be undertaken in the climate change initiative is in addition on to what you're biologists and your scientists are already doing in understanding ecosystems and understanding wildlife use patterns etcetera?
Questioning if climate change work complements existing scientific efforts in the National Park Service.
