We are grateful to Senators Udall and Barrasso as well as the bipartisan co-sponsors of S. 2440.

The royalties paid by coal companies--and energy development of all kinds on federal lands--provide critical support for local schools, roads and other services that Colorado families count on.

I think having common forms and contracts would be extremely helpful.

How can we now start supplying natural gas to Europe instead of the dependence upon the Putin regime?
