The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 38, after line 12, insert the following: ``(H) proposals that seek to remove or treat insects or diseases, including the removal of trees killed by, or infested with, bark beetles in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming;''. Page 38, line 13, strike ``(H)'' and insert ``(I)''. Page 38, line 23, strike ``(I)'' and insert ``(J)''. The Acting CHAIR.
