The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ____. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used in contravention of section 642(a) of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (8 U.S.C. 1373(a)).
