Charlie's deep love for Jesus guided his actions, evident in his daily Scripture study and fearless proclamation of the Gospel. His assassination was a tragic loss, but his legacy endures, calling us to speak truth with courage and stand firm in faith. Mr. Speaker, we love Charlie. We stand with Erika, and we congratulate her on her new position. May many more come to know the love of God and Jesus as their Lord through this heinous act.
