This isn’t the final stop and I’ll have at least one more vote on this bill after it comes out of conference.

I want to thank White House officials for meeting with me today. Together, we remain committed to ensuring transparency for the American people.

I’m obviously disappointed by the outcome of today’s vote. Promises made should be kept. My work here isn’t finished. Stay tuned.
