None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the final rule titled ``Fluid Mineral Leases and Leasing Process'' (89 Fed. Reg. 30916; published April 23, 2024). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1370, the gentlewoman from Colorado (Ms. Boebert) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
